Dear Friends,
Be welcome on the website of the Association for the Rewarded of Arts et Lettres (Art and Letters Order).
Knights, Officers and Commanders, a prestigious decoration brings us together.
And nevertheless, more than fifty years after its creation, it seems that no initiative has been taken to organize a place where the honoured representatives of culture that we are become after being nominated or promoted, could meet and exchange.
Creating this association, I have humbly wished to extend the thought of André Malraux, who founded the Order of Arts and Letters, by imagining it as "national heritage, respected and envied by artists, writers and creators".
Rewarded, let us improve this respect towards ourselves and the other members of an order that we represent through our diversity of men and women, passionate, inspired and coming from all the artistic and cultural fields, impossible to fully mention here.
Let's know how to create envy and emulation among our peers, among our audience, by provoking exchanges and events that the association will create to spread around this wealth.
